Exclusive: Amin Joseph on directing Snowfall episode 8 of Final Season and his time as Jerome Saint
In Episode 8 (“Ballad of the Bear”) of the sixth and final season of FX’s Snowfall, Franklin and Gustavo set a plan in motion to get Teddy and protect their own lives, while Louie was still thinking on help or setting up Franklin. The episode was directed by Amin Joseph, who recently played the character Jerome Saint and was killed off in episode 6.
For Joseph, he’s the only cast member to direct and episode on the series and according to his IMDB credits, it’s his first time behind the camera in over a decade. Earlier this year, Joseph appeared in two 2023 Sundance Films, To Live and Die and Live and We Were Meant To.
