A recent college graduate Lance Zutterland (Patrick Schwarzenegger) leaves school in debt, realizing everything he had worked towards was built on a lie. When he is pulled into a criminal underground operation with Allie Tucker (Hayley Law), the sole female in the band of misfits, he finds his peers fighting the system by stealing from the rich and giving to… themselves. With nothing to lose, they leave behind a trail of destruction but with the cops closing in, tensions mount and Lance soon discovers he is in over his head with no way out.

For Law, best known for her role as Valerie on The CW’s Riverdale and on Altered Carbon TV series, the Vancouver native has been getting more to do for the big screen as of late. In the last few years, she’s booked leading roles in Spontaneous opposite Katherine Langford and Charlie Plummer and Mark, Mary & Some Other People directed by Hannah Marks. Hayley will also be seen in the upcoming SyFy horror-comedy (Future) Cult Classic. She also appeared in the ensemble film The New Romantic.

BlackFilmandTV.com’s Wilson Morales recently spoke with Law about her role in Echo Boomers.
