Exclusive Interview: Berto Colon talks Power Book II: Ghost and Lorenzo Tejada's death

SPOILER ALERT: The following story reveals major plot points from Season 3 Episode 5.

At the end of Episode 5 of the Third Season of Starz’s acclaimed series, Power Book II: Ghost, audience saw the death of Lorenzo Tejada (played by Berto Colon). After accidentally killing Monet’s first born son Zeke in Season Two, the clock was ticking as to how long Lorenzo will live to see another day. He was able to divert attention as the third season began, but then Cane figured it out and Monet was starting to put the pieces together with the evidence that her lawyer Davis Maclean brought her. Even when Lorenzo confessed, Monet was too deep in revenge mode to forgive him.

For actor Berto Colon, it was a fun ride while it lasted. While the Puerto Rican native had roles in Conviction (2016), Orange Is the New Black (2013) and Show Me a Hero (2015), he will be definitely be most remembered for playing a character in the Power Universe and a member of the Tejada family. From one franchise to another, Colon will next be seen in Matt Reeves' Batman spinoff Max series The Penguin.
