Exclusive: Salma Hayek On Playing Different Characters In Amazon’s ‘Bliss’
Now playing on Amazon Prime Video is Bliss, the new sci-fi drama directed by Mike Cahill and starring Owen Wilson, Salma Hayek, and Nesta Cooper. The R-rated film will be available on the service on February 5, 2021.
Bliss is a mind-bending love story following Greg (Owen Wilson) who, after recently being divorced and then fired, meets the mysterious Isabel (Salma Hayek), a woman living on the streets and convinced that the polluted, broken world around them is nothing but a computer simulation. Doubtful at first, Greg eventually discovers there may be some truth to Isabel’s wild conspiracy theory.
Last seen opposite Tiffany Haddish in Like a Boss and soon to star in Marvel’s Eternals and The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard, Hayek spoke with BlackFilmandTV.com correspondent Sidnee Michelle on playing two personalities in this dark, twisted story.
