Exclusive: Skai Jackson talks action thriller Sheroes
Hitting Select Theaters and On Digital on June 23rd by Paramount Global Content Distribution Group is the action thriller SHEROES, a story about survival, loyalty and friendship led by a kick-ass, social media savvy female cast.
Written and directed by Spring Breakers producer Jordan Gertner, Isabelle Fuhrman, Sasha Luss, Wallis Day, and Skai Jackson star in the ultimate adrenaline-fueled thrill ride from a producer of Spring Breakers. When four thick-as-thieves friends arrive in Thailand for a hedonistic adventure, they quickly find themselves in over their heads when one of them is kidnapped by a notorious drug lord. As they fight to stay alive and protect each other, they'll employ their unique set of skills and unleash their fierce loyalty in a heart-pumping battle for survival.

Jackson is best known for portraying the role of Zuri Ross in the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie, which she subsequently reprised in its sequel Bunk'd. Recently, she’s done voice over work for the Marvel Rising series and the animated series DreamWorks Dragons: Rescue Riders.
