Director/Writer Jerry LaMothe To Screen Short Film ’The Tombs’ For ‘a Short Break’ On Sept. 13
4910 Rosalie Prod., in partnership with BlackFilmandTV.com, is excited to announce it’s 15th episode of ‘a Short Break’ with The Tombs, by Director/Writer Jerry LaMothe (Amour Infinity, Blackout, Saints & Sinners).
A Brooklyn man‘s three day journey through New York‘s central booking jail system, infamously known as “The Tombs” and the interesting personalities he encounters while locked up. The primary functions of Central Booking are the processing, admission, and cellblock lodging of persons under arrest where prisoner intake is conducted and photographs & fingerprints are taken.
The cast includes Nashawn Kearse, Jas Anderson, Arthur French, Rob Morgan, Ephraim Benton, Joe O’Dell, Ron Bruce, and Akintola Jay.
“a Short Break” is the intersectionality of Audience and Filmmaker that allows the audience direct, unfiltered conversations with filmmakers via video & online chatting.
