Queen Latifah To Star & Exec Produce Netflix Action-Thriller ‘End Of The Road’ By Director Millicent Shelton
Netflix has announced that Queen Latifah will star in and executive produce “End Of The Road,” a new action-thriller film directed by Millicent Shelton (P-Valley, Insecure, Black-ish, Hunters, The Walking Dead).
After losing her job, recently widowed Brenda drives her family cross-country to start a new life. In the New Mexico desert, cut off from help, they must learn to fight back when they become the targets of a mysterious killer.
David Loughery (The Intruder, Obsessed) to pen the script based on an original screenplay by Christopher Moore.
Producing the film are Tracey Edmonds for Edmonds Entertainment (Soul Food, Jumping the Broom); Mark Burg for Twisted Pictures (Saw, John Q, Spiral), and Brad Kaplan (The Intruder) with Queen Latifah and Shakim Compere of Flavor Unit Entertainment serving as executive producers.
Millicent Shelton began her career as a New York City Music Video Director before transitioning into an award winning Director in television with an array of comedies and dramas including Insecure, Hunters, The Walking Dead, Titans, Black-ish and the pilot of the upcoming Starz comedy series, Run The World.
