Paramount Pictures has released the official teaser trailer and poster for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, the highly anticipated eighth installment opening in theaters on May 23, 2025.
Directed again by Christopher McQuarrie, the new movie stars Tom Cruise, Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Mariela Garriga, Henry Czerny, Holt McCallany, Janet McTeer, Nick Offerman, Hannah Waddingham, Angela Bassett, Shea Whigham, Greg Tarzan Davis, Charles Parnell, and Frederick Schmidt.
The film is officially described as follows: “Our lives are the sum of our choices. Tom Cruise is Ethan Hunt in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.” All the previous Mission: Impossible movies are currently streaming on Paramount+.
Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, the film is based on the TV series created by Bruce Geller. Tom Cruise, and Christopher McQuarrie produced the film with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, and Chris Brock serving as executive producers.
