Teaser Trailer & Poster To Roland Emmerich’s Sci-Fi Drama ‘Moonfall’ Starring Halle Berry
Lionsgate has released a teaser trailer, poster and images to Moonfall, Roland Emmerich’s latest action sci-fi disaster epic starring Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, and John Bradley. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on Friday, February 4, 2022.
In the film, a mysterious force knocks the Moon from its orbit around Earth and sends it hurtling on a collision course with life as we know it,” reads the synopsis. “With mere weeks before impact and the world on the brink of annihilation, NASA executive and former astronaut Jo Fowler is convinced she has the key to saving us all – but only one astronaut from her past, Brian Harper and a conspiracy theorist K.C. Houseman believes her. These unlikely heroes will mount an impossible last-ditch mission into space, leaving behind everyone they love, only to find out that our Moon is not what we think it is.
Also featured in the film are Michael Peña, Charlie Plummer, Kelly Yu, Eme Ikwuakor, Carolina Bartczak, and Donald Sutherland.
Moonfall is directed by Roland Emmerich from a screenplay he co-wrote with Harald Kloser and Spenser Cohen. It is produced by Emmerich, and Kloser, with Dennis Wang, James Wang, J.P. Pettinato, Marco Shepherd, Ute Emmerich, Carsten Lorenz, and Stuart Ford serving as executive producers.
