New Drama Series ‘On Ten’ Premieres May 13 on Mann Robinson’s streaming service TVEI
Premiering today on Mann Robinson’s streaming service TVEI is the crime drama series On Ten, created, executive produced and directed by Mann Robinson. The series, which is black-owned, will release one episode a day for six consecutive days starting May 13. The TVEI app is on AppleTv, Roku, Fire, Google TV.
The cast includes newcomer Chad Farley, Ann Cline, Tracey Graves, Darel “Arsonal” Jones, and featuring Vivica Fox, Jessica “Jess Hilarious” Moore, Clifton Powell, Erica Peeples, Niatia “Lil Mama” Kirkland, Al B. Sure, Malik Whitfield and Torrei Hart.
With “On Ten,” Osaris Warlock (played by newcomer Chadwick Farley) discovers at a young age that he has the ability to run a criminal empire. After enrolling himself into business school to hone in on his business mindset, he no longer has the desire to leave the hood, but instead turns the hood into a modern day black Wall Street. He enlists his longtime girlfriend, Ebony (played by Christina Cooper), as his right hand and starts to buy the block back. As Osaris navigates the complexities of his undertaking, he must confront a critical decision—will his path to success compel him to compromise the very principles that Black Wall Street stood for? Or will he manage to forge a new way forward, respecting the past while building a sustainable future?
Written and directed by Mann Robinson, the series showcases his unique vision and talent, bringing to life a story that is both entertaining and thought-provoking. With a diverse range of characters and storylines, "On Ten" is set to resonate with audiences of all backgrounds.
