NYC's Leading Social Justice Talk Show, Brooklyn Savvy, Returns for Celebratory 20th Season
Social justice talk show, Brooklyn Savvy, returns to NYC Life, Channel 25, the flagship channel of NYC Media, on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 10:00AM ET. Viewers tuning in will follow executive producer and host Toni Williams as she continues the show’s mission to be a beacon of light – building bridges, pushing the needle, and activating social change and justice – which it has done for the past 15 years. This season explores race, policing, economic deprivation, updates on the Cannabis movement, entrepreneurial opportunities for Black women and much more. Brooklyn Savvy is a broadcast partner of NYC Media, the official network and production group for the City of New York and part of the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment.
