Dune: Prophecy Interviews with Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Jodhi May and Showrunner and EP Alison Schapker

Hitting HBO and available to stream on Max is the six-episode season of Dune: Prophecy. New episodes will debut subsequent Sundays.

From the expansive universe of Dune, created by acclaimed author Frank Herbert, and 10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, DUNE: PROPHECY follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit.

The cast includes Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, Jodhi May, Mark Strong, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Josh Heuston, Chloe Lea, Jade Anouka, Faoileann Cunningham, Edward Davis, Aoife Hinds, Chris Mason, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Camilla Beeput, Jihae, Tabu, Charithra Chandran, Jessica Barden, Emma Canning, and Yerin Ha.

Emily plays “Mother Superior Valya Harkonnen,” who works to grow the Order’s power and defends it against a new enemy.

Olivia plays “Reverend Mother Tula Harkonnen,” who is used to living her life in the shadow of her older sister Valya, but is called upon to lead when an outside force threatens the Sisterhood.

Jodhi plays “Empress Natalya Corrino,” a formidable royal who united thousands of worlds through her marriage to Emperor Javicco. Natalya wishes to make her own contribution to the young Imperium.
