Exclusive: Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Sam Heughan talk Rom-Com ‘Love Again’ and working with Céline Dion

Hitting theaters nationwide from Sony Pictures is the rom-com Love Again, directed by Jim Strouse and starring Priyanka Chopra JonasSam Heughan, and Celine Dion in her acting debut.

Adapted from a book called "Text for You" by Sofie Cramer, which was already made into a German film SMS für Dich, the film also features Russell Tovey, Steve Oram, Arinzé Kene, Lydia West, Sofia Barclay, Celia Imrie, and Omid Djalili

What if a random text message led to the love of your life? In this romantic comedy, dealing with the loss of her fiancé, Mira Ray sends a series of romantic texts to his old cell phone number… not realizing the number was reassigned to Rob Burns’ new work phone. A journalist, Rob is captivated by the honesty in the beautifully confessional texts. When he’s assigned to write a profile of megastar Celine Dion (playing herself in her first film role), he enlists her help in figuring out how to meet Mira in person… and win her heart. 

Chopra Jonas can also be seen currently in the Prime Video action thriller series Citadel opposite Richard Madden. With a boatload of acting credits, her most recent and notable roles have included playing Sati in The Matrix Resurrections,
Alex Parrish in the ABC series Quantico and as Pinky Madam in the Netflix film The White Tiger.

Heughan is best known for his role as Jamie Fraser in the Starz series Outlander. His film credits include the action comic book movie, Bloodshot opposite Vin Diesel, the action/thriller SAS: Red Notice, and in the Roald Dahl biopic An Unquiet Life. He also appeared in the Starz documentary miniseries Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham with Graham McTavish.
