Trailer To Escape Room: Tournament of Champions
Sony Pictures has released the trailer for Escape Room: Tournament of Champions, directed by Adam Robitel and starring Taylor Russell, Logan Miller, Indya Moore, Holland Roden, Thomas Cocquerel, and Carlito Olivero. The film opens in theaters on July 16, 2021.
Escape Room: Tournament of Champions is the sequel to the box office hit psychological thriller that terrified audiences around the world. In this installment, six people unwittingly find themselves locked in another series of escape rooms, slowly uncovering what they have in common to survive…and discovering they’ve all played the game before.
Written by Will Honley and Oren Uziel and Maria Melnik & Daniel Tuch, the story is by Will Honley and Christine Lavaf & Fritz Bohm. The film was produced by Neal H. Moritz and executive produced by Adam Robitel, Karina Rahardja, and Philip Waley.
The original movie, simply titled Escape Room opened on January 4, 2019 and went on to gross an impressive $155.7 million worldwide from a $9 million production budget.
